35+ years of ministry, One defining revelation
Since 1987, I served in churches that operated under the same structure: one senior leader at the top carrying the full weight of vision, care, preaching counseling, and crisis management. Now, I loved the people, I believed in the mission, but something deep inside me felt the whole structure was off.
In 2000, sitting outside a Starbucks in Nashville, the Lord interrupted my latte with a question I couldn't shake: “Do you know why 80% of the work is done by 20% of the people?” His answer exposed a misalignment I had felt, but never seen so clearly — "It's because only 20% of Me shows up in the pulpit every week.”
then, in 2017, the Lord spoke: "quit. Trust Me. Take the blueprint, plant and build by My Spirit."
That moment redefined everything. I resigned, took nothing with me, my wife and I stepped out in faith, and the Lord began to build His blueprint into something we had only dreamed of seeing. What emerged was a genuine fivefold team where the apostolic, prophetic, evangelistic, shepherding, and teaching graces shared the weight, responsibility, and authority of leadership together.
Seven years later, that personal shift has become a tested, transferable blueprint. We have trained hundreds or leaders locally and globally. We have seen transformation ripple through people, churches, cities, and nations. Fivefold Mentorship exists because this ancient pattern still works and the Church is ready tor it.

in its lane, the Church becomes a powerful, unified force that demonstrates His character, power, and love.
